Whitney Moore performs with Rocky Mountain Rhythm tap dance company out of Denver as well as Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance Company out of Boulder. She brings 18 years of experience teaching students various forms of movement including tap dance, aerial dance, ballet, jazz, modern, figure skating & Pilates. She hails from Stevens Point, Wisconsin where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in both dance and history. Since then, she’s been certified in NGCP (Nan Giordano Certification Program) for jazz dance technique (Basic through Intermediate) & in the Language of Dance (stages 1 & 2). While living in Chicago, she bounced from the American Rhythm Center to the Joffrey to take as many dance classes/jam sessions as she could. Eventually, she began training as an aerial dancer & had the opportunity to perform with Transcribing Dance, Point Dance Ensemble, and in front of large crowds in the Wisconsin Dells for Monarch Aerial Arts. She also spent three years as the artistic director for Monarch Aerial Arts & Croi Croga Aerial Arts. In 2020, she moved to Colorado to attend Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance Professional Training Program and upon graduation, has been diving deep into Colorado’s exciting dance community. She is happy to be joining the faculty at En Face Studios & looks forward to sharing her love of tap dance with her students.
